This healthy low carb protein cheesecake will satisfy your cravings without blowing a whole week’s calorie budget. It is simple to make and simply delicious!
- 5 cup Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 whole eggs
- 1-2 Tbsp Stevia
- ¼ cup milk or (milk alternatives)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 scoops of IsoWhey Madagascan vanilla protein powder
- Dash of salt
- Strawberries/raspberries/blueberries (any berry of choice)
Preheat oven to 165 C
Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl by pressing down with a spoon.
Add eggs and stevia and mix using an electric mixer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing for 2-3 mins.
Pour into baking pan lined with parchment paper for best results.
Bake at 165C for 25 mins then turn down to 145C and continue baking for an additional hour.
Let it cool in the fridge for 4-5 hours, add topping and ENJOY!
