Getting in the Christmas spirit with Cinnamon Spiced Collagen Hot Chocolate!
- 2 cups plant-based milk (we use oat milk)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp Shoalhaven Health unflavoured collagen
- 70 grams melted chocolate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Gingerbread, to serve
Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan.
Once heated, remove milk from the stove and whisk in melted chocolate, vanilla, collagen and cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
